David Conder
President
Mr. Conder is the President of Child Support Recovery Service and has been involved in child support collections for 16 years. He has been an active member of several collection related associations, CSEC, ACA International and the Indiana Collectors Association, as a speaker, presenter and officer. Mr. Conder is an Indiana native and is married with two children.
Timothy J. Turner
Vice President
Tim Turner is President of Support Collectors, Inc. www.SupportCollectors.com a private support enforcement agency located in Minneapolis MN. He has been active with the association holding various positions since 1997. He has also served as its membership director since 2004.
Mike Human
Treasurer
Mike Human is the owner of Human Interest Agency, a small private child support enforcement agency in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Human established this private agency in 1993 after working as a child support investigator in the office of the Texas Attorney General for 5 years.
Mr. Human also operates Texas Child Support L L C, a company that assists child support agencies with training and management and support issues. He lives in Dallas with his wife Sue, who is a teacher in the Dallas Independent School District. He has two children, Chris a commercial Banker in San Antonio, Texas and Bethany a Communications Specialist for the Episcopal Diocese of Upper South Carolina in Columbia, S C.
Ronn Bisbee

Our newest board member was a former Deputy District Attorney for a IV-D government enforcement agency. This position gave Ronn Bisbee extensive experience enforcing support orders in the California Superior Courts. Drawing upon that experience, Ronn has continued his efforts in the private sector. In fact, Ronn’s law practice is dedicated exclusively to the enforcement of child and spousal support orders.
