David E. Conder
President
Dave Conder, president of the CSEC, is president of Child Support Recovery Service, Inc., a private child support enforcement agency located in Elkhart, Indiana. He and his company have been providing private child support enforcement services since 1992.
Previously, Mr. Conder was vice president of an Indiana-based pharmaceutical supplier. He was also involved in commercial collections prior to working in child support enforcement.
Mr. Conder is a member of the National Child Support Enforcement Association, Indiana Collectors Association and ACA International. He is an Indiana native and attended Indiana University.
Gary Katz
Vice President
Gary Katz is General Counsel of Child Support Network, a private enforcement agency based in Phoenix, Arizona, which he co-founded in 1995.
For 15 years, Mr. Katz practiced law in Florida, and is a member of the Florida State Bar, Arizona State Bar and the Washington D.C. State Bar.
Mr. Katz graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In addition, he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was the editor of the Law Review.
Mike Human
Board Member at Large
Mike Human is the owner of Human Interest Agency, a small private child support enforcement agency in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Human established this private agency in 1993 after working as a child support investigator in the office of the Texas Attorney General for 5 years.
Mr. Human also operates Texas Child Support L L C, a company that assists child support agencies with training and management and support issues.
He lives in Dallas with his wife Sue, who is a teacher in the Dallas Independent School District. He has two children, Chris a commercial Banker in San Antonio, Texas and Bethany a Communications Specialist for the Episcopal Diocese of Upper South Carolina in Columbia, S C.
Greg Townley
Secretary
Greg Townley is Vice President of National Child Support, a private support enforcement agency in Cincinnati Ohio. He has been with National Child Support since 1998.
Mr. Townley has 29 years of experience in the collection industry. Prior to National Child Support, he was the Operations Manager for Catholic Healthcare Partners, managing collections for a network of 18 hospitals.
He is a lifetime resident of Cincinnati is married and has two daughters.
