Child Support Network, Inc. (CSN) is an Arizona Corporation, which began doing business in March 1995. The Company's co-founders, Gary Katz, Gillian McIntosh, Dan Jacobson and Jan Jacobson, saw a tremendous, unfulfilled need for a private industry child support collection alternative to the state and private legal systems.
Gary Katz is an attorney with more than three decades of legal and collection industry experience. He is a specialist in collection law, child support enforcement and regulatory compliance, with a strong background in post-judgment child support enforcement remedies.
Mr. Katz is CSN's General Counsel, and is Chief Operating Officer of Financial Recovery Services, Inc, CSN's management company. Co-founder Dan Jacobson was CSN's President until his untimely death in July 2001.
CSN represents only individual custodial parents who have been unable to collect their court ordered family support (which includes child support, spousal support, medical support and educational support) through the traditional use of state agencies and private attorneys.
CSN is one of the oldest and largest private collection agencies in the industry and has represented clients in all 50 states as well as in 14 foreign countries.
The Company works strictly on a contingency fee basis and since 1995 has collected millions of dollars for thousands of frustrated parents.
