Child Support Recovery Service, Inc.
Child Support Recovery Service was founded by Susanna Hooley in 1992. In her work as a collector for medical bills she repeatedly was told, if you can help me collect my support I can pay those bills. Ms. Hooley investigated the possibility of doing just that, and Child Support Recovery Service was formed.
The agency began helping strictly Indiana families. In 1994 Ms. Hooley took on a partner, David Conder. Since that time Child Support Recovery Service has expanded to providing services to parents nationwide.
The agency has worked hard to build a reputation of compliance and fairness. The agency is committed to working hard for the parents that choose to utilize the service.
